Best aspects for this hotel were the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, the location very close to a tram stop which will take you to the sights within a few minutes, and the helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of town. The hotel is nestled in a charming alleyway, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The staff here are extremely helpful and provide excellent service. They are well-trained and professional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. One staff member in particular, Selçuk, stood out with his exceptional friendliness. He made sure our breakfast experience was delightful, serving us the best cup of coffee and attending to all of our needs. The complimentary room breakfast was an added bonus, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to others. The location, service, and amenities provided here truly enhance the quality of the stay.
